Policies

$25 Deposit: A $25 deposit is required to confirm your appointment. The deposit will be subtracted from your final invoice. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows.

Cancellations: Provide 24+ hours' notice to transfer your deposit to a new appointment.
Condition: Additional charges may apply for excessive dirt, pet hair, salt stains, odors, or vehicles requiring more time than the selected service.
Belongings: You are responsible for removing valuables from your vehicle. We are not liable for lost items.
Damage: Please inform us of any existing damage before service. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage during detailing.
Mobile: You must provide reasonable access to your vehicle and a suitable work area. We will have access to water and electricity for our equipment.
Payment: Full balance due upon completion of service unless previously arranged.
